When vending for Operation CARE during a non-virtual event we offer one six-foot table with a tablecloth. Please be advised that we do not guarantee any sales for virtual or non-virtual events. However, for your support and contribution, we will provide dinner for one participate during our virtual and non-virtual events when applicable.

All vendors are required to provide one donated item for the event of their choosing that will be raffled to our guest, in addition to fulfilling their vendor's fee.

Please Note:

1.  All vending and advertisement fees are non-refundable and nonexchangeable within 30 days of the event date.

2. Your vendor's and/or advertisement fee(s) are due at the completion of this form. You will be automatically redirected to checkout for payment submission - if you are not prepared to submit a payment, please return at a later date.

3. In order to complete this registration for virtual vending, you must email your virtual vending video to operaioncare8@gmail.com at the completion of this form, but no later than (NLT) 60 days prior to my vending date.
