Life Coaching
Leading the way as a certified Life Coach, Ms. Hollis creates an environment for self-forgiveness, self-love, and self-approval while developing self-improvement simply by shifting one’s attention away from the “external problem” to “internal potential” and can be completed in a group setting or through one-on-one interaction.

As a Life Coach and Christian Counselor, Ms. Hollis achieves this by teaching that renewing the mind with the word of God and through prayer we allow the power of God to bring forth solutions that are in our best interest. As we continuously reflect on Christ, discard limiting beliefs, unwanted patterns, unwanted conditions, and unforgiveness we are reminded that the key to every problem is an awareness of the presence of God in our life.

If at any time the coach or an attendee feel that they would also benefit from another kind of counseling, under our partnership and/or resources, they will be offered the name and phone number of a local therapist or therapist network.

For transformational coaching and spiritual counseling, contact Ms. Hollis Woodard at 443-380-0084 to schedule a consultation.

Challenges continue to rise for the unemployed seeking employment and for those who are seeking a transition. Hiring managers, as their title suggests, are responsible for ensuring that an employee is hired to fill an open position. As a key member of the employment recruitment team of a human resources department, hiring managers work alongside recruiters, compensation and benefits specialists, and HR managers, among others, where they oversee the selection and hiring of new talent.
Operation CARE’s Employment Readiness Program (ERP) is designed with a human resource assistant, hiring manager, and resume writing assistant. Our program uses various employer databases and search engines to locate a particular job opening. Our team helps our Sisterhood who has certain skill sets write/review their resume, prepare for face-to-face interviews, prepare for and understand the next step in the employment process.
