President/Chief Executive Officer
Hollis Woodard is the Founder of Operation CARE who cares for the community in tangible ways and through spiritual means. At times I have lived a life with little and at times I have had a lot. Nevertheless, God has always met my needs and given me some of my wants.

As one who desires to see women operate in the fullness of Jesus Christ and in the wholeness of happiness, Operation CARE was birthed to educate and transform women by helping them remove the limiting beliefs and remove the t from Can’t to CAN. As a certified Transformation Coach, I do so by the renewing of the mind using biblical principles with a practical antidote.
I understand what it is like to feel incomplete and misunderstand the power of Psalm 139:14. With education, reading, studying, praying, and applying God’s word to my life, I am now able to walk in authority unapologetically. I have disconnected from situations and negative things in my PAST that would not allow me to PASS and now I realize that I am indefinable. My every effort is to help women come into the realization of who you are and whose you are so that you can unleash the happiness and joy from within. What is on the inside will work its way to the outside…in time!

Mr. Shannon Williams
Shannon Williams serves as CFO / Treasurer of Operation CARE where he utilizes his experience in taxes and accounting to provide oversight of the organizations financial strategy and accounting practices. Shannon is the Owner and Managing Director of Advice Alliance, LLC which provides Consulting & Financial Services for small businesses and individuals. Before becoming a member of Operation CARE’s leadership Shannon has spent over two decades involved with nonprofit organizations, serving in capacities from volunteer to member of the Board of Directors.
In addition to being involved in nonprofit organizations Shannon has spent the better part of the last 10 years providing financial coaching and budget management to peers and co-workers and the last 5 years helping individuals incorporate their businesses. Outside of his duties in nonprofit organizations and work in management Shannon is an ordained Elder at Promise Land Church Ministries, a local church in Baltimore, MD where he serves as Administrator and Youth Ministry Director.
Shannon earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Campbell University and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration degree with Western Governor’s University.
Secretary
Mrs. Lisa Heyward
Lisa A. Heyward, M. Ed., is excited to be the Secretary for Operation Care. She has previously worked in non-profit organizations as a Public Relations professional for 15 years. She is currently an educator in the Anne Arundel County Public School System in Maryland. This is where she can teach a great curriculum, and build lasting relationships with students, families, and the surrounding community in which she lives and works. Changing careers was an easy decision for her as she feels she was divinely directed to teach.

Lisa received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a minor in Psychology from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida. Her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education is from Grand Canyon University in Arizona. Both degrees and higher educational experiences help her recognize, work with, and understand people and populations.

She is an avid volunteer in her county by working with the homeless population, families who are food insecure, as well as meeting the educational needs and barriers low-income children.
​
Working with Operation Care will further her personal mission to be a blessing to as many as she can, for as long as she can.

Spiritual Advisor
Rev. Dr. Ian Edwards
Dr. Ian Edwards is a Mentor, Motivator and Ministry Servant. He is the founder and was the Senior Pastor of Winning Souls Evangelistic Church, and The Church at Bowie, which he started in the Washington D.C. area between 2009 and 2020. Currently he serves as the Assistant Pastor at Victory Grace Center in Bowie, Maryland under the leadership of Dr. Jasmin Sculark. Additionally, Dr. Ian is the CEO of Dr. Ian Speaks, Inc. He is a native of Prince George’s County, Oxon Hill, Maryland.

For over 20 years, Dr. Ian has dedicated his efforts to developing people into their fullest potential. Whether it was through mentoring, training sessions, ministry engagements or media, Dr. Ian has consistently used his gift to help people become successful from the inside out. While plans and priorities are important for success, Dr. Ian understands that they can only be executed at a high level when the person or individual feels a sense of winning from within. The inside or underneath is where Dr. Ian does his best work.
Known for his down to earth, instructive and humorous teaching style Dr. Ian is consistently able to reach people from all walks of life through inspiration and instruction both spiritually and practically. There is no doubt that Dr. Ian has been gifted by God to "Push You into Purpose."

Dr. Ian is a proud Air force veteran. He has an earned Doctor of Ministry (DMin) from
United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio, is a Chaplain for the Anne Arundel County Police Department, serves as a Faculty Mentor for the DMin program at United Theological Seminary and Spiritual Advisor for Operation Care, Inc., and The Women's Inspirational and Self-Empowerment Organization (TheWISEorg).

Dr. Edwards is blessed to be married to his beautiful wife of 20 years, Nicola Edwards. They have three wonderful children; Sahjada, Terrell and Imani.
Professional Development Facilitator
Mrs. Cheri Dent
Cheri Dent holds a degree in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a certified Facilitator and holds a Contracting Officers Representative (Level II) Certification (COR) for Departmental training contracts; Interagency agreements (IAA) and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA). She is currently the Branch Chief, for Business Operations in the Department of Energy, Office of Talent Management, Learning Division with over 40 years of Federal Government Service. Ms. Cheri is looking forward to retirement soon to pursue other endeavors.

Being raised in the church, Cheri loves the Lord and leans heavily on the Holy Spirit for her spiritual growth and personal relationship with the Lord, abiding in Him, to ensure she is walking in the purpose He has for her. She previously attended Winning Souls Evangelistic Church under the former leadership of Rev. Dr. Ian Edwards, where she served as Chairman Deaconess. Her love for the Lord, paired with her extensive knowledge and professional experience, brings great value to the Operation CARE team.

Cheri’s hobbies include shopping, decorating, and singing. She is also a recording artist. Her latest CD is entitled “Touched”. Ms. Cheri sings in honor of her husband; her son; her parents and her brothers!
Administrative Assistant
Aderayo is deeply passionate about supporting charitable organizations dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential. Driven by a profound sense of purpose, she views her involvement in charity work not merely as a hobby or obligation but as an integral aspect of her identity. Knowing that her contributions directly impact the growth and success of others brings her immense fulfillment. She firmly believes in the transformative power of small acts, understanding that they can create positive change diverse ways. With a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), she brings extensive expertise to both HR management and charity project administration.
In her career, Aderayo has excelled as a consultant specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition. Working in the industry for over 5 years. She successfully managed recruitment projects and adept at connecting senior professionals and early-career individuals across with combines across diverse sectors, valuing each person's unique skills and abilities.
With a steadfast faith in Christ, she finds solace and fulfillment through music. She Actively involved in the worship team at Kingdom Heritage Fellowship Church in Purley, Aderayo's commitment to service harmoniously aligns with her spiritual devotion, enriching both her professional endeavors and personal journey.

Inter Sytee’s staff have regular trainings and are mentored closely to ensure up-to-date, competitive practices are being used.
