Ms. Hollis Woodard is a native of Smithfield, North Carolina. She began her relationship with God at an early age and has been called to serve in a variety of ministries throughout her spiritual journey.  After many years of serving in ministry, she is now an Associate Elder at Winning Souls Evangelistic Church, under the leadership of the Rev. Dr. Ian A. Edwards.  Ms. Hollis is known for teaching and preaching sound doctrine and has preached on various platforms.  She is also a powerful and anointed prayer warrior who in 2015 implemented a bi-monthly global prayer circle.

 

As a youth and while serving many years in the United States Navy, Ms. Hollis developed a deep passion for helping others.  In 2010, Ms. Hollis became the overseer of the Winning Souls Pastoral Care Team comprised of Elders, Ministers, and Deacons who are an extension of the Pastor, working collectively to care for the spiritual and practical needs of the body.

 

Ms. Hollis is the Founder and CEO of Operation CARE where her focus is helping the Sisterhood regain its momentum through prayer, education, enlightenment, coaching, and spiritual counseling.  After learning how to overcome her own brokenness, Ms. Hollis became a Certified Transformation Life Coach specializing in helping women transform by renewing their mind using Biblical Principals with a Practical Antidote so they can PASS from their PAST and unleash their internal happiness and joy.

​Ms. Hollis is blessed to have a wonderful daughter, Tyece Woodard.  Ms. Hollis also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Business Management and is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity (M.Div).

 

Ms. Hollis is humble, ready, and willing to serve the people of God, her community, and follow the will of the Lord, at all times. She understands that when praises go up, God sends His blessings down. Her favorite phrase is “Come on and give God praise! He is worthy of our praise!”
