Studies have shown bars are a place to catch up with friends and meet new people. For some, it's the atmosphere – the music, the lights, the energy. And for others, it's the drinks. Whatever the reason, there's no denying that bars are a popular nightlife option for many people.
Operation CARE Inc. 2023 Women’s Conference is all about the B.A.R. this Thirsty Thursday. However, unlike your typical bar, we’re going to enjoy our Fall signature drink, The Be Well Bliss, and dive into the meaning of Believe, Aspire, Rejoice. What is Being Well?
We at Operation CARE Inc. are continuously empowering others holistically through self-enlightenment, encouragement, and education as we recover, reset, and renew.
It is an honor to have you as an essential part of the Be Well, Mini B.A.R. (Believe, Aspire, Rejoice) on Thirsty Thursday.
Companies and organizations typically set up wellness programs because of concern about employees' health issues. However, in order for a wellness program to be successful, an organization must build a strategy around helping employees identify and meet their individual wellness goals. In Kingdom Building, we assist believers with understanding not only should they focus on their practical well-being, but they should focus on their spiritual wellness also.
By focusing on accomplishing individual spiritual goals first and then on personal goals, a wellness culture evolves in which one feel valued and attended to. Knowing who you are and understanding the biblical principles of whose you are, provides holistic freedom. This helps sustain motivation and participation that leads to meaningful, relentless behavioral change.
For many people, Being Well take on various meaning and responses will vary widely. What does "Be Well" mean to you?
