The 8th Annual Evening of Elegance

Operation CARE's "Evening of Elegance," is going virtual in 2021! Although we will be hosting live via ZOOM, our dress code has not changed. Please join us dressed in your elegant, evening wear.  As always, we will be providing a dinner for each ticket purchased. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for picking up your meal(s) at least ONE HOUR before the event start (7:00 PM).

This is a social community event where service members of the community are formally honored for the significant contributions they make through their time, actions, talents, and dedication outside of that done for their employer.

Community servers across the state of Maryland have truly been making a difference. They are our FRONT-LINE workers providing and caring for the community, they have gone the extra mile to feed and clothe the community, provide for the homeless, and support our youth. They have established community organizations, attended to our seniors, and taken on home care projects. These men and women go beyond their civic duties to ensure the needs of the community are met. They deserve to be honored.

Community service members are acknowledged by receiving an individual service award.  However, teams, groups, and businesses may also receive one service award with each member receiving an individual official Operation CARE Certificate.

As of March 10, 2021, all Award nominations are closed. Awardees are requested to attend the event.

And as always, for your attendance, there will be door prizes raffled off just as our way of saying thank you.
