Continuity

 

As a Maryland nonprofit organization, Operation CARE has access to a variety of services, organizations, and foundations who assist us in our ability to continue providing CARE. 

 

We base our care on the needs of an individual or the needs of a family. Our flexibility and access to multiple support services allows us to customize care to specifically meet the needs of the communities we serve.

The very definition of continuity is the unbroken and consistent existence or operation of something over a period. For us, here at Operation CARE, this concerns the quality of care being provided over time. We believe that a "Relationship" is our Beating Heart.

We strive on a higher level to make a personal connection with each and every person or family we encounter. This allows us to provide quality care, without restraints, to the best of our ability. In other words, all encounters quickly become family.

​​​Operation CARE provides continuity by building ongoing relationships. The long-term relationships give us ample opportunities to fellowship with our Maryland community. We are regularly gaining new family members, whether through business volunteers, community outreach, community events, and other ways of involving our Maryland community.
